Delivery & Returns

Where delivery is to be made to addresses in the United Kingdom the delivery charges set out in the Delivery document on our website apply. Deliveries to addresses outside the United Kingdom will be on a price on application basis. Please contact our Sales Department for details.
Deliveries to destinations outside the United Kingdom may also be subject to import duties and taxes, once said items reach the specified destination, the payment of which is your responsibility. Pumptec Limited has no control over these charges and, therefore, are unable to predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify Pumptec Limited they wish to cancel or return the item(s), thereafter customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own expense.
Pumptec Limited will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods on the proviso that all items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging and have not been used or installed otherwise a refund will be refused.
It should be noted that certain items may not be entitled to a refund or may incur a restocking charge as they are purchased or made to order, the cost of which is determined by the manufacturer not necessarily ourselves.
If the items you ordered are damaged or faulty upon receipt, provided you inform our Sales Department within 7 days of receiving the items (providing our reference shown on the delivery documentation together with photographs of the damage or fault) we will send replacements or offer you a refund. Please return the damaged or faulty items to us and we will reimburse reasonable carriage costs incurred doing so on provision of the supporting receipts. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
If returning an item due to a fault, some manufactures will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation. If the fault is caused by any other means apart from a manufacturing issue, a refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request
If you have a warranty claim, please contact our Sales Department on 0113 286 0813 who will process your claim for you.
Due to the nature of some products, an engineer will require a site visit to determine if the pump is under warranty or not. Before a site visit is arranged card details and pre-authorisation must be taken. If warranty is upheld no charge will be made. If warranty is rejected e.g. incorrect installation etc, the cost of the site visit and cost to fix the pump will be chargeable. If you require our labour rates and call-out charges, please contact our Sales Department.
